Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ballpark Engineering's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Ballpark Engineering provides professional structural engineering services including but not limited to:

• Structural engineering design and analysis
• PE-stamped drawings and calculations
• Foundation engineering
• Seismic engineering
• Expert witness and forensic engineering services

Professional Licensing

Ballpark Engineering is licensed to practice professional engineering in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, and Montana. Services requiring a PE stamp are only provided in states where we hold active licenses.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
• Ensuring construction follows provided engineering documents
• Notifying us of any field conditions that differ from design assumptions

Limitation of Liability

Ballpark Engineering's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Engineering documents provided by Ballpark Engineering remain our intellectual property until fully paid for. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the documents for the intended project only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
